ASTM A312 TP904L Large O.D. Stainless Steel Pipe
TP904L is a highly alloyed, low carbon containing, non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel grade. Copper is added to the alloy of ASTM A312 TP904L Stainless Steel Pipe. Hence, its resistance to strong reducing acids such as sulfuric acid is very high. The inclusion of nickel to the alloy of ASTM A312 TP904L makes it possible for pipes to have an outstanding performance even in elevated settings. Being a non-magnetic alloy, ASTM A312 TP904L Stainless Steel Pipe also exhibits good resistance to stress related corrosion cracking. The molybdenum in the alloy reduces the occurrence of crevice corrosion.
