ASTM A182 F321 Weld-Neck RF Stainless Steel Flange
Stainless Steel 321 Flanges are made up of a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel. The material has similar composition to the 304 material but with added titanium. This gives the flanges with extra corrosion resistance and strength. One important feature of the ASTM A182 F321 Flanges is that it has good resistance to general corrosion . ASTM A182 F321 Stainless Steel Flange has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, even after it has been exposed to elevated temperatures, in the chromium carbide precipitation range like a range between 800 °F to 1500°F.
ASTM A182 F321 Flange has an excellent weldability and can be easily welded by all standard fusion methods and it doesn't need post weld heat treatment. ASTM A182 F321 Flange also has good low temperature toughness and is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. F321 Flange is useful for the applications such as chemical processing, food processing, aerospace, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical production, and so on.
