ASTM A182 F304 Stainless Steel SORF Forged Flange
Slip on flanges are slipped over the pipes and welded to provide strength and prevent leakage. Slip on Flanges are at the low cost end of the scale, and do not require high accuracy when cutting the pipe to length. These slip on flanges can sometimes have a boss or hub, and can be made with a bore to suit either pipe or tube.
The ASTM A182 F304 Stainless Steel SORF Flange is a slip on raised face flange. The slip on flanges are suitable to be used with seamless pipes to make precise connection locations. The raised face of the flanges provides extra surface for connection either by welding or bolting.
