Tube sheets are used to support and isolate tubes in heat exchangers and boilers or to support filter elements. The tubes are connected to the tube sheet by hydraulic or roller expansion.

The tube sheet is one of the most important components of the shell and tube heat exchanger. Tube sheets are typically made from a circular forged sheet with holes machined for the tube ends to be drilled in precise locations and patterns relative to each other. The pipe hole can be drilled and reamed, and one or more grooves can be machined, which greatly increases the strength of the pipe joint. Fabrication Our workshop is equipped with modern machines, including CNC drilling machines, to fabricate any type of tube sheet. Tube sheets are widely used to manufacture heat exchangers of any configuration. All machining activities such as lathe machining, drilling, reaming, taping, grooving and surface milling can be carried out exactly to the customer's drawings and specifications. Since all drilling activities are computer programmed and performed by state-of-the-art CNC machines, there will be no human error.
