PVC Sheathed Stainless Steel Seamless Multicore Coil Tube
Multicore Tube consists of 1 to 10 stainless steel tubes, duplex steel, nickel allloy tubes, copper tubes or copper nickel alloy tubes laid up spirally inside an extruded outer PVC sheath. For easy identification, and protection purposes, each individual tube is PVC sheathed in different colors. The extruded outer sheath is made of oil and sea water resistant, weather proof, flame retardant, corrosion and acid resistant PVC. The multicore tube’s outer sheath is marked at every meter throughout its entire length for easy installation. Heat shrinkable products provide complete water sealing as well as abrasion and corrosion protection under all conditions.
PVC sheathed multicore tubes refer to cables or wires that consist of multiple insulated cores bundled together and covered with a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) sheath. These cables are commonly used in electrical wiring, telecommunications, and various other applications where multiple conductors need to be housed within a single protective covering. The PVC sheath serves as a protective outer layer for the bundled cores, offering insulation, mechanical protection against environmental factors like moisture, abrasion, and chemicals, as well as providing some degree of flexibility. The PVC material is known for its durability, low cost, and versatility, making it a popular choice for cable sheathing in various industries.
