The SS Needle Tubes showcase superior strength and have a tensile strength between 1030mpa to 1370mpa. ISo 9626 Stainless Steel Needle Tubes is a very rigid grade of needles that are utilized in manufacturing an array of hypodermic needles that are primarily used for human use. These tubes are specified with metric sizes between 10 gauge to 34 gauge.

The absence of welds or seams in these tubes gives them enhanced strength and excellent tolerance across an array of stress-induced setups. These tubes are commonly designed in 304 and 316 configurations. SS 304 Hypodermic Needle Tubing is designed with a superior chemical composition of nickel and chromium. Designed with an outer diameter between 0.042 to 0.095OD, they have good tolerance to different conditions. The 316 Stainless Steel Needle Tubing have a superior content of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, giving them enhanced resistance to corrosive and oxidative media when compared to standard 304 tubes across harsh environmental conditions.
