What is Inconel 625 Flanges?
Its a most common grade of Nickel alloy flanges and mainly used for high temperature. The material has high strength values and can be used under high corrosive, acidic and chemical conditions.
Inconel 625 Flanges are used in chemical processing equipment and piping. They are resistant to oxidizing and reducing media, resistant to high temperature and resistant to chloride ion stress cracking as well. The ASTM B564 Alloy 625 RTJ Flange is one such type that uses two rings to be welded with the pipes so that there is more surface for connection.
