ASTM B407 UNS N08810 Nickel Alloy Seamless Tube
ASTM B407 UNS N08810 is a nickel-chromium alloy. The main characteristics of the N08810(Incoloy 800H) Tubes are resistance to prolonged exposure to elevated temperature, oxidation, sulfidation, and carburization. The Incoloy 800H Tube is also known for its excellent resistance to high-temperature corrosion. With the addition of carbon and annealing treatment to the Incoloy 800H tube, its creep and rupture properties enhance above the temperature of 600 degrees C. The ASTM B407 UNS N08810 material possesses high machinability, so they can be machined by standard procedures. They can bear high-temperature situations. The Incoloy 800H Nickel Alloy Seamless Tube is also known for its resistance to aqueous corrosion at moderate temperatures. A Inconel 800H Seamless Tube is designed by passing hot steel billets through an extruded metal grade to shape them precisely. The tubes of seamless configurations have higher load-bearing capacity and strength over other grades.
