EN10025-2 S235JR is a non-alloy, low carbon, manganese-containing structural steel commonly supplied in an untreated or normalised condition. It is available in plate and structural steel profiles. S235JR steel is a mild steel and its carbon composition is below 2%. So the S235JR Mild steel has good welding performance.
