GH3030 High Temperature Alloy
GH3030 is an early developed 80Ni20Cr solid solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800˚C, and good oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding processes performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use. GH3030 has strong heat processing and cold processing performance, used to make all kinds of chemical equipment and related accessories. It’s also used for turbine engine combustor components operating below 800ºC and other high temperature components requiring oxidation resistance but low load below 1100ºC,such as combustion chambers and afterburners and the mounting edge of the casing.
