ASTM A403 WP310S Stainless Steel Buttweld Pipe Elbow contains low Carbon, high higher Nickel and Chromium content to curb Hydrogen sulphide attack, which is used in various industries like heat exchangers, furnace parts, shipbuilding, condensers, offshore, etc.
Grade 310S stainless steel is superior to 304 or 309 stainless steel in most environments because of its high nickel and chromium content. Itis high corrosion resistance and strength in temperatures up to 1149 °C (2100 °F). SS310S is used in environments which have moist corrodents during a temperature less than its highest temperature range. SS310S Butt Weld Pipe Fittings (UNS S31008 Pipe Fittings) are utilized for ease of fabrication. ASTM A403 SS310S Pipe Fittings are also referred as WNR 1.4845. They are used in Cryogenic Components, Food Processing, Furnaces, Etc..
