ASTM A210 Gr.A-1 Boiler Tubes are usually used for high temperature applications. This carbon steel consist of carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus and sulfur. Fin tube is a type of heat exchange element. Fins are added onto the surface of the heat exchange tube to increase the external surface area of the base tube to improve the heat exchange efficiency. ASTM A210 Gr.A-1 Carbon Steel with Aluminum1060 Embedded G Type Fin tube is manufactured by the fin strip wounded into a machined groove and locked into place by back filling with base tube, which ensures the maximum heat transfer and a working temperature until 450°C
