ASME SB171 UNS C71500 is a Cupro-Nickel 70/30 copper nickel alloy which is resistant to stress corrosion. The addition of small amounts of iron and manganese makes CuNi 70/30 ideal for being used in applications for polluted seawater, chemical and desalination industries. UNS C71500 Copper Nickel Alloy is known for its good strength,weldability, formability and workability. ASME SB171 UNS C71500 Copper Nickel Alloy Baffle Plates are thin plates installed for the entire length of the tube bundle. They are used to sustain tube bundles and increase the heat transfer by changing the flow of the fluid. The baffle materials include Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel, Titanium, Carbon steel, Nickel alloy, Copper nickel, and so on.
