The chromium and molybdenum content of ASTM A213 T5 Alloy Steel makes it chloride resistant and pitting resistant. ASTM A213 T5 Alloy Steel Tube is also resistant to reducing acids and other general corrosive media. The seamless tubes have 415MPa minimum tensile strength, 205MPa minimum yield strength and good hardness.
