ASTM B151 UNS C70600 Copper Nickel Alloy Weld Neck Flange is known for its tapered hub with varying lengths. It has round protruding rim on a circular fitting. The Copper Nickel 90/10 Flanges are produced with a 90% copper and 10% nickel content with small additions of iron and manganese. These contents make them higher strength and make them enhance corrosion resistance properties. The 90/10 Copper Nickel Flanges help in connecting pipes of different configurations and work well in seawater systems. These flanges have enhanced ductility with good toughness. A Copper Nickel 90/10 Forged Flange is processed at extreme pressures and temperatures. These forged flange have excellent surface porosity and showcase outstanding strength.
Copper Nickel Alloy Flange has very high corrosion resistance, but it has low corrosion-fatigue strength. Copper Nickel Alloy Flanges shows corrosion resistance parallel to copper, greater general strength and enhanced fatigue strength.
